1. Significant improvement of cleaning results

The reliable cleaning of a welding torch is often a weak point of fully automatic welding cells. Besides the common reamer stations, a few other cleaning methods are known. However, most of these systems work only within certain operation limits and do not allow a flexible use with changing welding tasks.

The TBi JetStream allows for a significant improvement of this situation. It is perfectly well suited for Tandem torches and is easy to integrate into robot welding cells.
