1. Cleaning method

To remove spatter, the torch head is air blasted with cleaning pellets. The pellets exit the cleaning nozzle, which circles around the torch head during cleaning. This way, also difficult to clean areas are covered.

The jet with the cleaning pellets enters the torch head deeply and cleans all affected areas, especially

• Front and outside part of the gas nozzle
• Inside part of the gas nozzle, also for conical nozzles
• Contact tip
• Gas diffuser

During the cleaning process the blow-out function of the torch is activated to prevent cleaning pellets from remaining stuck in the torch.
